Our Story
BSB was established in 1982 by partners, Louis Botha, Callie Snyman and Piet Becker. The Company started with 2 printing machines and established themselves as a “Looddrukkery”. After a few years Snyman became the sole owner and later with his son Mario Snyman where the main members of BSB Printers.

BSB Drukpers is not only one of the fastest growing printing companies in Limpopo Province but are slowly but surely, turning small steps into giant leaps, by becoming one of the printing companies in the country.
Over the past few years BSB has invested in some of the best equipment and latest technology available in the printing industry
One of the first changes was getting rid of the whole tiring
process of playing out and stripping film by replacing it with the
latest CTP (computer to plate) technology. Implementing this
technology meant faster production and high quality printing
through the precision of laser sharp dots and fine screen
creations

The Second Investment was in the form of the Komori Spica, a
high-powered, multi-functional press that meant shorter
turnarounds, lower selling prices and meeting the high quality
requirements of demanding clients
We replaced our old stitching machines with a Muller Martini, 4
station saddle stitcher, with a cover feed, 3 knife trimmer and a
automatic stacker which main objective was to enhance
productivity, and to that means has been successful.

The installation of the Lithrone LS 529 was a great turning point
in our production, because this meant even faster production at
twice the speed and quantity.
This five-unit, high pile delivery machine features advanced automated make-readies, fully automatic plate changes, a top speed of 16 000 sheets per hour, a wide range of stock handling, plus a new generation of sophisticated control and management electronics.
This also made our printing more cost effective for both BSB Drukpers (Pty) Ltd and our clients.

BSB is proud to be associated with MAPPP-SETA, and has successfully trained staff and qualified machine minders according to their standards (all in house).
MAPPP-SETA is a sector training authority that supports and facilitates education and training in the media, advertising and visual arts, film and electronic media, cultural heritage, publishing, printing and packaging sectors.
